Removed For
Gross Negligence Resulting In Murder
The alternative is that Justice Minister Rob Nicholson is guilty of premeditated murder.
So, the Editors wish to congratulate Prime Minister Harper on the wisdom of his decision that has finally removed Justice Minister Nicholson from his position as Minister of Justice for Canada where he (Nicholson) displayed incompetence and arrogance unparalleled by any justice minister in the history of Canada.
Over the past year, there has been a housecleaning at the top of the Department of Justice which is directly related to the stupid and grossly incompetent legal strategy pursued in the Federal Court that led to the murders.
Deputy Minister Myles Kirvan (shown in centre photo) was fired on November 5, 2012.
Assistant Deputy Minister, Simon Fothergill, (shown in photo on left) was transferred out on April 22, 2013.
And, the Prime Minister's legal advisor, Benajmin Perrin, (no photo) went back to University of British Columbia in May 2013. However, Mr. Perrin has advised the Editors that he knows nothing of these matters which leads to the inference that the Department of Justice insiders were operating without knowledge or approval of the Prime Minister's Office.
